What We Store
OneClick Onboard stores only the data needed to run your account and connected onboarding workflows:
- Agency account data
- Client contact information
- OAuth connection metadata
- Access tokens held securely by our OAuth infrastructure provider
Request Deletion
Email [email protected] from the email address connected to your account. Tell us which agency account or client connection you want deleted.
Agencies can also revoke a client connection directly in the dashboard. That revokes OneClick Onboard's access to the connected platform.
What Happens Next
We revoke connected accounts, invalidate access tokens, and remove the requested records within 30 days. We may keep billing records when the law requires it. Those records stay restricted to legal and accounting needs.
Revoke Access Through Facebook
You can also open Facebook's Business Integrations settings, select OneClick Onboard, and remove it. This cuts off our Facebook access immediately. You can still email us if you also want your OneClick Onboard records deleted.
